The Forbidden City

The Forbidden City was amazing to see!  We could not believe how large it was.  It seemed like it would never end.  While we were walking around 3 Chinese teenage girls came up to our group to take pictures with some of us.  Our guide Grace told us that the Chinese love to take pictures with Americans, especially those with blond hair and blue eyes.

The Forbidden City was massive, over 9000 rooms!

We  were told this was the "couples tree" since two trees come together.
