Dinner in Guangzhou

We decided to venture out with another family on Saturday night for dinner in Guangzhou.  We pretty much stayed at the hotel in Nanchang, so it was nice to be able to finally get out.  In Guangzhou the people are mostly Cantonese.  Our guide explained that the Cantonese will eat everything in the sky and anything on the ground with 4 legs except the table.  By the looks of the menu at the Chinese restaurant we ate at she was not kidding!  They lost me at pigeon.  We played it safe by eating pork, noodles, rice and chicken.  The food was excellent!  Ordering was a challenge since no one spoke English and our Chinese is extremely limited.  With some pointing and an app on Brian's phone we were able to order.

Not sure what this guy is but he was on the menu and was gone the next day
