The CCWA logged in our dossier. That was 6 years ago; it feels like a lifetime. We thought we had 10 months to prepare for Ava; heck, we thought we would be preparing for baby # 2 right about now! In the end we have learned everything happens for a reason. We always believed that we were waiting for the baby that was meant to join our family and we would wait how ever long it took! Well now we know that it would take 6 years and that we have the most beautiful baby girl waiting for us in Wanzai, Jiangxi! On the wall behind Ava's crib is a quote, it says "a dream is a wish your heart makes, our wish was you". We think that says it all!
