I-800 is approved!

We talked to our officer at USCIS yesterday; she approved our I-800 form and emailed it to the National Visa Center.  This is a big step in the process.  We should have our NVC letter next week.  Once that comes in we can send everything back to our agency, who will then send it back to China!  It looks like we will travel in early November due to a Chinese holiday and trade fair in October.  We wish it was sooner but its not gonna happen.  On a positive note, from everything we have read the fall is the best time to travel to China in regards to weather and price.
