Wanzai Social Welfare Institute

 We believe that this is the old orphanage now used as elderly housing.  From what we have gathered the elderly women foster some of the babies...we wonder if Ava is here!!

This is the Wanzai Social Welfare Institute (orphanage) where some of the children live.  From what we have read not many referrals come from Wanzai County and they try to get children in foster homes as quick as possible.

This is a picture inside the Wanzai SWI.  No this is not Ava but take a close look at the cribs; I do not see a mattress.  They usually have crib mates as well.  From the information we received, Ava spent about two weeks here before being placed with her foster family.
